Canceling your recurring subscription within the 7-day refund policy will not automatically refund your purchase. You must contact info@gardensavvy.com for your refund.

Can I access Hortisketch on my tablet or phone?

Hortisketch is only accessible on a desktop or laptop computer.

If I cancel Hortisketch or the Garden Manager, do I lose all my current plans or work?

All of you work and plans will be saved and be available to you again once you renew your subscription.

Are there upfront costs or additional fees?

No, Hortisketch is $34.99 annually, or $4.99 monthly, and the Garden Manager is $4.99 annually. The Garden Manager is included with your Hortisketch subscription, free!

Can I upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription?

To upgrade from monthly to annual, cancel your reoccurring monthly subscription then purchase an annual subscription once your monthly subscription lapses. To downgrade your account from annual to monthly, you will need to cancel your annual subscription, then switch to monthly once the annual subscription lapses.

What is your refund policy?

Products will only be refunded if requested within 7-days of purchase.
